Supporter Agreement
This Supporter Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of signature (the “Effective Date”) by and between NORMI Connect, a Sub-division of the NORMIPro Environmental TASC Force, Inc. and (the “Supporter”).
This program is funded by donations made to the NORMIPro Environmental TASC Force a 501 (c) 3, Not-for Profit Public Charity. All donations can be made at www.NORMIProETF.org by clicking on the Donate button at the bottom of the page or CLICK HERE.
- Term and Renewal 1.1 The term of this Agreement is twelve (12) months from the Effective Date (the “Initial Term”). 1.2 This Agreement will automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless terminated by either party with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to the end of the then-current term.
- Support and Payment 2.1 The Supporter agrees to provide financial support to the NORMIPro ETF for the CleaningForHealth.tv streaming service, for $20 per month, paid yearly in advance, totaling $240 per year (the “Base Support Fee”). 2.2 For an additional $40 per month, paid yearly in advance, an additional $480 per year (the “Upgraded Support Fee”), the Supporter may include support for the NORMI.tv channel. The combined total for both channels is $720 per year. 2.3 Payment for the Initial Term is due upon execution of this Agreement, and payment for any renewal terms will be due on or before the first day of the renewal term.
- Supporter Benefits 3.1 In exchange for the Support Fee, “NORMI Connect” agrees to provide the following benefits to the Supporter:
- Listing the Supporter’s name, logo, and/or brand on the Channels’ respective supporter pages.
- An embedded code for the Supporter to place the Channels’ video stream on a page of the Supporter’s website or domain.
- An interview with the Supporter’s representative about the importance of cleaning for health, to be featured on the Channels. The interview will be recorded. (5-15 minutes) (The Interview will play two or more times a day)
- 3.2 Supporters who opt for the Upgraded Support Fee will receive the same benefits as outlined above for both CleaningForHealth.tv and NORMI.tv.
- 3.3 As additional channels/platforms are added, Supporters will receive the benefits of additional exposure on the simulcasted channels as they become available. This could also include Streaming Radio when appropriate.
- Obligations of the Parties 4.1 The Channels agree to provide the agreed-upon benefits in a timely and professional manner. 4.2 The Supporter agrees to provide any necessary materials (e.g., logo, company information) to enable the Channels to fulfill their obligations.
- Termination 5.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice to the other party. 5.2 If the Supporter terminates this Agreement prior to the end of the term, the Support Fee for the remainder of the term will not be refunded.
- Miscellaneous 6.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding its subject matter. 6.2 This Agreement may be amended only in writing and signed by both parties. 6.3 This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Louisiana in which the NORMIPro ETF is headquartered.
