  • CBA – NORMI™ Certified Biocide Applicator – this course helps the Assessor navigate through the many chemical options and application processes to help facilitate the implementation of the NORMI sanitization protocol. Because CMAs often recommend specific chemistries, this course would be needed to better understand how to protect the health of the occupants.
